Pink Rain Boutique: A Fusion of Style and Artistry

Since opening its doors in 2012, Pink Rain Boutique has become a staple in Old Town, dedicated to showcasing an extraordinary mix of clothing and accessories designed for women with discriminating taste—and attitude. What sets Pink Rain apart isn’t just its curated collection but the passionate personality behind it. Christel Radke, the boutique’s owner and the original gal—“OG” in the best sense—is a creative force and the heart of this eclectic establishment.

Christel personally embellishes many of her pieces—denim jackets, jeans, bags, and footwear—with artistic flair, transforming ordinary garments into statement pieces. Her craftsmanship and sense of style are evident in her new line of slip dresses designed for romantic and special occasions, perfect for stepping out in Old Town’s charming streets or beyond. https://www.facebook.com/OldTownCottonwood/

A Personal Touch and Custom Creations

Requests for custom designs are always welcome at Pink Rain Boutique. Whether you’re after a one-of-a-kind denim jacket with artistic embellishments or a unique accessory, Christel’s creative touch and attention to detail shine through. Her passion for fashion has turned Pink Rain into more than just a boutique; it’s a reflection of her love for artistry, culture, and individuality.

More Than a Boutique: A Collection of Global Flavors

The name “Pink Rain” evokes a sense of whimsy and imagination—a fitting moniker for a place that celebrates vibrant textures and colors. Interestingly, the boutique’s origins are just as colorful. It was a literal accident that brought the name to her mind, but you will have to visit and ask her about that in person. When she took over ownership of “Shabby Chic” from Cindi B., after managing it for a year, Christel infused it with a renewed sense of style and sophistication, transforming it into a must-visit destination.

Christel’s global influences are evident in the carefully curated inventory. She handmakes denim pieces for her Denim Atelier, while also sourcing sweaters from France and Italy, linens from Europe, Moroccan rayon and cotton, and luxurious silk from India. Items within her collection of scarves, textiles, and accessories support artisans and villages around the world, reflecting her commitment to ethical and sustainable fashion.

A Lifestyle Allure

Beyond clothing, Christel’s love of design extends to her personal style, often seen sporting her own boutique creations while jetting about in her sports car—an ode to her spirited personality. She believes clothing should be as layered and eclectic as life itself—sublime yet playful, as exemplified by her collection of rare Velvet robes, white furs, and vibrant scarves.
