Greg Bernstein brings decades of experience in visual storytelling, documentary filmmaking, and aerial cinematography to his role as Director of Photography at Discover The Phoenix Region Magazine. In this position he leads the magazine’s visual work, capturing the landscapes, events, and communities of the greater Phoenix region and surrounding Arizona destinations. His background as an Emmy Award-winning videographer and photographer gives the publication a strong foundation in clear, compelling imagery.

Greg has spent decades creating visual stories that document the natural world and human activity. His work has taken him from the jungles of South America to the peaks of Yosemite and the Arctic ice floes. He has collaborated with organizations including National Geographic, ESPN, and Greenpeace, covering subjects that range from environmental advocacy and architecture to adventure and world-class athletes. Earlier in his career he operated Tahoe Drone Ops in Truckee, California, where he refined his skills in drone-based cinematography. He is the founder of Worldwide Drone Solutions, a company focused on aerial photography and video for real estate, lifestyle, nature, and related projects.
