A Foundation in Art, Resilience, and Community

Born in Southern France near Limoux, Annabel spent her early years moving across continents, living in China, Africa, New York, Colorado, and Arizona. This varied upbringing gave her a lasting appreciation for different cultures and forms of expression. At age 17 a car accident resulted in a spinal cord injury that left her paralyzed.

She met this challenge with determination, allowing the experience to deepen her creative work. Her art and writing often explore themes of survival and change, drawing directly from her own path.

Professionally, Annabel has contributed to Arizona’s cultural and business life in several ways. As Vice President of the Cottonwood Old Town Association she helped revitalize the historic district, encouraging winemakers to open tasting rooms and helping establish Cottonwood as a recognized wine destination. She also serves as social media strategist for Sedona’s New Day Spa, creating content that supports the business’s online presence. In addition, she is the author of Blood, Bones & Bliss: Transformational Slam Poetry on Love, a collection that examines love in its many forms.
