This is very normal-as humans we get busy doing what we have always done and lose momentum in achieving goals we set for ourselves. When you asked yourself at the beginning of the year what you wanted to change in 2011-what led you to your decision about what you wanted or needed to change? Did you choose your goal or did someone else guide you in the selection of the goal? We know that unless the goal is freely chosen by you, it’s going to be more difficult to achieve.
