Mastering Simple Health

In my journey to reclaiming my health there were many opportunities to become discouraged. I was in the worse shape of my life and there were multiple things wrong with my body. At first I was reading, learning and applying as many things as I could with no specific order. I was drinking more water, exercising, etc. but I did not have a strong health and wellness protocol in place. Health for Pennies on the Dollar

Did you know there are many things you can do to assist your body in reclaiming your health and preventing disease for pennies on the dollar. I talk to many people who are concerned about the high price of organic produce and health products. Many of my friends and family tell me they cannot afford to eat healthy. Omega 9 Fatty Acids

I have dedicated my April, May and June blogs to writing about what I call the Omega Factor. Understanding the differences between Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids will make all the difference in your personal pursuit of reclaiming your health and preventing disease. I have covered Omega 6 and 3 fatty acids in my April and May blogs. We know Omega 6 fatty acids are dangerously over consumed by Americans leading to inflammation in the body and a host of other ill consequences. Therefore we must lower our intake of Omega 6 fatty acids. We also know that Americans are not consuming enough of Omega 3 fatty acids which are healthy fats the body needs. Health News You Can Use

Research shows over and over that exercise is good for you. Most people would understand that exercise builds muscle tone, improves cardiovascular health and helps maintain a healthy weight. However many people do not realize that exercise can have a positive effect on memory and mood. We may realize that a walk after a stressful meeting helps to “blow off steam”, or that we sleep better after exercise.
