You don’t have to be That Women

You don’t have to be That Woman

1 out of 6 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

Becky Campos 2012These statistics are not coming to us out of a vacuum. They are coming to us from organizations that study and research cancer incidence, survival rates, mortality rates, treatment and the trends and culture of cancer. Health organizations like the World Health Organization, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, the National Cancer Institute, Mayo Clinics of America, Universities like MD Anderson, which research and treat cancer, women’s health organization such as Susan G. Komen, Center for Disease Control and the American Cancer Society affirm these frightening statistics. Some breast cancer statistics site one out of eight and others one out of six women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. These statistics are global statistics and do not include all other forms of cancer. When we include all other forms of cancer the numbers change dramatically to 1 out 3 women and 1 out of 2 men will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. These are real and frightening statistics!

American women and men are in the center of these statistics because the United States leads in all diseases and especially in breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women. The WHO estimates that from 2007-2030 mortality rates will increase by forty-five percent due to a global, aging population. The National Cancer Institute estimates that by 2020 all forms of cancer will increase by fifty percent.

In spite of these painful statistics you don’t have to be that woman! You don’t have to be the one out of six women that are diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. You can be the woman who puts a strategy together for prevention and prevents this diagnosis from coming to pass in your lifetime. If you have already been diagnosed with cancer you can be the woman who not only survives it but also disarms it and keeps it from returning. If you have a history of breast cancer in your family you don’t have to be the woman who sits idly and passively as though you are defenseless against it. You can educate yourself and put a strategy of prevention together to educate your family and others. We do not have to be defenseless against breast cancer or any other form of cancer or disease.

I was the one out of six woman who is diagnosed with breast cancer.

I was the woman who had a family history of breast cancer.

I was the woman who sat idly and passively as though there was nothing I could do about it. I was also the woman who came across some life changing, life saving information that led me to reclaiming my health. I was the woman who decided to educate herself and her family and others on the subject of health and wellness, cancer and sickness and disease.

Knowing Your Enemy

So how do you prevent, disarm and educate yourself so that you can live a life of prevention? The first thing you want to do is to know your enemy. In this case the enemy is the diseases of affluence that are afflicting Americans in an unprecedented degree specifically the life threating disease of cancer. Cancer is no longer a disease that is diagnosed rarely and at the end of life. Instead it has become a household word. In spite of this reality we don’t have to be afraid of cancer. Knowing your enemy will provide you with enormous power against it. The following is a simple summary of some of the most basic facts you must know and understand to prevent and disarm cancer.

What is cancer?

World Health Organization (WHO) definition:Cancer arises from one single cell. The transformation from a normal cell into a tumor cell is a multistage process, typically a progression from a pre-cancerous lesion to malignant tumors. These changes are the result of the interaction between a person’s genetic factors and three categories of external agents, including:

Physical carcinogens, such as ultraviolet and ionizing radiation; Chemical carcinogens, such as asbestos, components of tobacco smoke, aflatoxin (a food contaminant) and arsenic (a drinking water contaminant); and  Biological carcinogens, such as infections from certain viruses, bacteria or parasites.

WHO, through its cancer research agency, International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), maintains a classification of cancer causing agents.

Health is the Process by which you care for your Human Cell

The human design is made of Trillions of cells.

Each cell is designed, delegated, commanded with a purpose.

Liver cell, skin cell, eye cell, etc.

They are healthy, sound, stable cells.

They are the basic living unit or building block of the human body. Their magnificent design and function is threatened every moment of your existence. Health is the process by which you assist your human design in protecting and defending the health of your cells.

Free radicals

Source: http://answers.ask.com/Health/Diseases/

The basic definition of a free radical: an atom, or a group of atoms that are unstable. Free radicals can break cells and have been known to cause, or to show faster progress of cancer.

SHM understanding of Free Radicals

Free radicals are a threat to the human cell.

Free radicals exist naturally in the human body. They are initiated in a variety of ways. One way is simply by being alive and aging. Vigorous exercise, smoking, toxins, neglecting the twelve laws of simple health, consuming dangerous ingredients in our foods, exposure to chemicals, over exposure to sunlight, dehydration and countless of other factors contribute to free radical formation. Once free radical formation is initiated its progression may cause damage to healthy cell structure and DNA damage. Free radicals are relentless.
They form with out your awareness. While you are shopping for a pair of high heel shoes and going out to lunch with your girlfriends this negative factor is working against you. Understanding free radical formation and the danger it poses to the normal, good, efficient functioning levels of your human design provides you with enough knowledge to put a strategy together to keep them from gaining significant ground against your health. Although we cannot avoid them we can neutralize and deactivate them judiciously and consistently. We are not defenseless against free radical formation.

Toxins

In addition toxins form alliances with free radicals. Toxins are substances that can cause a poisonous effect. Environmental pollutants and contaminants we ingest or breathe contribute to toxic build up in the blood stream, which initiate free radical formation. This would include chemicals, molds, mildews and food borne viruses. Toxins can be categorized as external and environmental. They initiate disease and immune disorders and deterioration.

Carcinogen

Carcinogens are cancer-causing substances ingested and breathed which initiate cancer and cancer progression.

Cancer initiation cannot be prevented. Cancer cells are present in each person. If the person’s immunity is strong the cancer cells will be seized and kept from multiplying. If the immune system is compromised over time cancer cells will multiply and become life threatening.

Cancer Progression can be prevented. Cancer cells are similar to radical terrorist. They do not obey their original design and just like a radical terrorist they need resources to survive and multiply. In the war on terror America has faced the reality that terrorist cell groups exist among us. They don’t exist on their own however. They have supporters that channel resources and funding for their agenda of destruction. Like-wise cancer cells are living organisms and they also have to eat and stay alive to continue multiplying. They create their own blood vessels and embed themselves into tissue and organs.

What do Cancer Cells need to Survive?

Cancer cells were once healthy cells that became sick cells. The factors that caused them to become sick are the same factors that will sustain them and cause them to survive and metastasize. Ultimately we can simplify the factors down to the neglect and lack of mastery of The Twelve Laws of Simple Health.

Lack of Nutrition
Lack of Water
Lack of Exercise
Lack of Sleep
Lack of Rest
Lack of Cleansing
Lack of Fasting
Lack of Reducing Stress
Lack of Fresh Air
Lack of Sunlight
Lack of Emotional Fortitude
Lack of Spiritual Fortitude

Breast anatomy

Breasts are made up of a complex network of milk-producing sacs, passageways for carrying milk, supporting tissue, lymph nodes, glands, tiny muscles and fat. Throughout puberty and menopause, the look of the breasts changes as well as the structure and function of the breasts. Breast fat attracts toxins and boost free radical formation, which over time initiates precancerous cells. These cells can be disarmed and prevented from turning into cancer cells or they can be fertilized into further disease simply by caring or neglecting to care for our human design.

The Experts Agree

Health experts Dr. Bob Arnot author of “Breast Cancer Prevention Diet”, T. Colin Campbell author of “The China Study,” Dr. Don Colbert author of “Toxic Relief” and Harvey Diamond author of “Fit For Life” all agree that the over consumption of animal-based foods, dangerous fat, chemically compounded foods, excessive sugar, sedentary lifestyle, sleep deprivation, dehydration, under consumption of plant based foods and a host of additional factors serve to support cancer cells and their deadly system.

Three Approaches to Cancer Treatment

Kill the cancer cell (Conventional medical treatments) or  Boost the immune system to kill the cancer cell (Alternative treatments)  or  Rehabilitate the cancer cell, reverse its disease process, stabilize the cell and nurture it back to its original healthy state.
