Life Changing Thoughts for Simple Health

Life Changing Thoughts for Simple Health

Becky Campos My contribution to the subject of health and wellness is grounded in my personal research to reclaim my own health from two grim diagnoses. Taking personal responsibility for my health care compelled me to reform my entire life. Reforming my life led me to discovering The Twelve Laws of Simple Health, which ultimately assisted me in reclaiming my health. In time I began to feel the pressure of to “whom much is given much is required” and founded SHM in hope that my story would encourage those who are on their own personal pursuit of reclaiming their health and preventing disease. In the last thirteen years I have learned immense lessons about health and wellness and assisting others in their own journeys. I thought I would leave my readers with some of my most life changing thoughts that compelled me to becoming a critical health thinker. It is my hope that you will experience how simple health really is as you continue to take complete responsibility for your health care. Here’s to our good health!
